Destinee Aaliyah (Brown)  is a Brooklyn based entrepreneur, event producer, screenwriter, vocalist, songwriter, and actor with a degree in Arts & Entertainment Management. Her corporate journey began at Take 3 Talent Agency while running her alma mater's programming board where she produced events for and interviewed artists such as Rico Nasty, Meg Thee Stallion, X Ambassadors, Max, and more. While studying, Aaliyah co-founded student-run record label; PMG, where she spearheaded a&r and artist development. She’s worked at companies such as RCA Records, Epic Records, Arista Records, and NYCEDC; executing live events, artist development, a&r, marketing, and urban radio promotions for artists such as Doja Cat, JP Saxe, Talib Kweli, The Soul Rebels, and Jojo. She is now CEO of full service entertainment LLC; Destinee Aaliyah Entertainment, working with companies like House of Yes, Pink Mammoth, and Neiman Marcus. Through musical mockumentary Trust The Process produced by Exequtive Entertainment LLC, the 23-year-old Jersey native has nurtured another passion; writing, while assisting with musical composition. Aaliyah’s entertainment knowledge and love for theater have merged beautifully through this project. Aaliyah has dedicated her life's work towards the mission of increasing accessibility to competitive resources within the entertainment industry and creating more equity and synergy between the creative and administrative sides of the business. As a business woman and artist herself this is a mission she holds near and dear. Destinee Aaliyah Entertainment as we now know it is the first step within a greater course of action to accomplish this goal.
